Doctor Yabes is a licensed physician practicing Adult Cardiology and a Member of the

Philippine College of Physicians, Philippine College of Cardiology, Philippine Society

of Critical Care Medicine, and American College of Physicians. He has been building

Data on PBM for about three decades involving thousands of subjects. He has established

a prototype laser clinic since 2005. Doctor Yabes had the opportunity to present his paper

in Cardiology in Singapore, Washington, DC, USA ( 2001 ), and Australia ( 14th World

Congress of Cardiology 2002 ). After this, he focused on PBM and was able to

produce several research works which were accepted in numerous local and a few

International conventions ( Taiwan and Baltimore, USA ). His main expertise is in the use

of PBM in critical limb ischemia among diabetics, which he scrutinized for seventeen
